Privacy policy

SiteGuard KZ is a website monitoring service. This page explains what data we receive through this website, what we use it for, and how you can control it.

What data we receive

We only receive the data you enter yourself and minimal technical details about your request.

  • The website address for the free check. It is used for a one-time check and is not stored in the request database.
  • Request details: your name, contact (phone or Telegram), website address, and the plan you selected, if any.
  • Technical request data: the date and time of submission, the consent mark, and the version of the consent text.
  • Traffic source: together with the request we store the UTM tags from the link you arrived through (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the path of the first page you opened on the site (without link parameters), and the address of the external page you came from (referrer) — domain and path only, without parameters. If there are no tags or external source, these fields stay empty.

How we use the data

  • To contact you about your request and clarify the details.
  • To connect and configure monitoring for the website you specified.
  • To understand which advertising channels bring requests and avoid spending budget on ineffective ones.
  • To protect the form from spam and abuse. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit request frequency; it is not stored with the request.

Cookies, analytics and browser storage

This website uses Google Tag Manager, a Google service for loading analytics tools. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are loaded only after you voluntarily allow at least one optional category in the settings. Until you choose, or if you decline, the site does not load Google scripts or send requests to Google. Google Analytics runs only with analytics consent: if you allow advertising only, Google Tag Manager is loaded, but Google Analytics is not.

After you consent, Google may set its own cookies and receive technical data: your IP address, device and browser details, and the addresses of the pages you view on this site. SiteGuard KZ does not send your name, contact or the website address from the request form to Google: for a submitted request, Google receives only the selected plan and the utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign tags.

Your choice is stored in your browser's localStorage (the siteguard.consent.v1 entry). It holds no personal data — only whether analytics and advertising are allowed. You can change or withdraw consent at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page; after withdrawal, an already loaded Google Tag Manager stays on the open page until it is reloaded, but it receives the refusal signal and no longer gets any request data. Declining the optional categories does not stop you from using the website, the free check or the request form.

To keep the traffic source (UTM tags, landing page and referrer), as well as the plan and website address in the form, while you move around the site, they are stored temporarily in your browser's sessionStorage — only in the current tab and until it is closed. Your name and contact are not stored there.

Optional categories are off by default, and each one requires separate consent:

  • Analytics — Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager: visit statistics and the fact that a request was sent.
  • Advertising — use of Google advertising services: advertising cookies, ad measurement data and ad personalization.

How Google uses information from sites that use its services

Storage and protection

Request data is stored in the service database. Only SiteGuard KZ administrators can access it: through a password-protected admin panel and through the service Telegram chat for request notifications (see the next section). The website runs over HTTPS, so form data is transmitted encrypted.

We keep the data as long as it is needed to follow up on your request and provide monitoring. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Request notification via Telegram

To process your request promptly, after it is saved the service sends a notification about it to the SiteGuard KZ administrators' service chat in Telegram. The message passes through Telegram's servers and remains in that chat.

The notification does not include utm_content, utm_term, the full referrer address, your IP address, cookies, access tokens or other internal secrets. It contains:

  • the selected plan, or a note that no plan was selected;
  • your name and contact (phone or Telegram);
  • the website address;
  • the traffic source: utm_source, utm_medium and utm_campaign if present; without tags, only the domain of the page you came from (referrer), without path or parameters;
  • the landing page path;
  • the date and time of the request;
  • the request identifier as a link to the admin panel, which only a signed-in administrator can open.

Changing or deleting your data

You can ask us to correct or delete your data. To do so, submit a request through the form on this website using the same contact as before — we will get in touch and handle it.
